Founder of the Vida Máxima Group, Luane began her entrepreneurial journey in Brazil in 2009 with the creation of Vida Máxima Serviços Financeiros e Benefícios, expanding her experience to administration in the healthcare sector, occupational compliance programs, and business management.
After moving to the United States in 2019, Luane dedicated herself fully to her studies and the strategic management of her family’s businesses in Brazil. During this period, she attended various English schools until she found Antares Globalcom, where she began her career in the international education sector.
In January 2023, she was hired as a Customer Service Representative and, through her leadership, communication skills, and operational performance, was promoted to Supervisor. Subsequently, she became Co-Founder of Antares Winter Park, operating as one of the educational units linked to Antares Orlando.

She has fallen in love with the English language and culture since she started studying it in 2008.
She earned the TOEIC certification (Test of English for International Communication), TESOL/TEFL Certification and a BA in Human Sciences attained in the National University of Cordoba.
Luciana has been teaching English for almost 10 years now to students of all ages.
